My client is a consultancy and project development firm providing technical advisory and project development services for project owners, investors and financial institutions in the renewable energy industry, especially in solar photovoltaic (PV).
Growing rapidly and seeking out potential talent to join their passionate and energetic team.
- Understand the industry’s business nature and cope with the company business development roadmap to set annual business targets and develop sales strategy;
- Build and lead local sales team to implement sales strategy for daily business activities;
- Identify and build relationships with key solar contractors/ integrators interested in purchasing solar products;
- Provide a high level of support through a consultative sales approach to prospective customers;
- Proactively communicate (by phone, email, face-to-face) with potential prospects;
- Coordinate all stages of the sales process;
- Provide sales training to the team, regarding:
- Receive and process requests directly from customers for price quotations, product availability, customer orders, material returns, billing corrections, product information, order changes and cancellations.
- Quickly and smoothly resolve customer complaints and problems.
- Coordinate delivery and/or pick up of customer orders with operations teams.
- Generate price quotations in a timely manner.
- Experience with solar products / industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing/ Engineering combined with a keen affinity for technical products.
