JOB DESCRIPTION:
After the introduction into our application portfolio and our development environment your tasks and responsibilities would be:
- Ensuring a high quality and timely implementation and delivery of digital software platforms
- Working with various stakeholders to understand and write technical and/or business specification
- Customizing various business modules according to stakeholder's requirements
- Providing support during SIT, UAT and product deployment phase
- Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues
- Provide advice on best practice techniques for proactive management of workflow processes
- Ensure the experience of engaging our platform for delivery exceeds client's expectations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or IT
- At least 7 to 10 years of work experience in consulting, IT or in banking
- Experience in JavaScript application development is a must
- Experience with building using patterns (MVC, widgets, modular)
- Understand modern JS frameworks and Api’s, style and UX skills
- For front end developers: Required Skills: Angular 1.5, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 and Preferred Skills: ES5, NPM and require.js. For back end developers: Required Skills: Java, Maven, Spring IoC/MVC Preferred Skills: Apache Camel, Spring Security, CMI
- Able to work independently, pro-active, mobile, organized and results driven
- Proven experience in leading and coaching a team
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English
- Flexible to travel for work, if needed
