JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Managing Director of Indonesia, you will lead our Business Development team and be responsible for our Business Development work in our marketspace. You will be responsible for:
Acquiring new clients
- Lead our bidding work for incoming requests
- Lead our work to find new business opportunities within and outside our existing portfolio
- Use our USP’s to generate leads, work with prospects, and shape deals towards closing
People Management
- Identify, setup and lead bidding teams with winning strategy and content
- Lead and Coach a team of Business Development Managers to commercial success
- Effective relationship and integration across the departments and the other offices
Client Advisory
- Advise clients on digital marketing strategy as part of the sales process
- Constantly challenging and questioning marketing strategy, pushing boundaries to do better
